What payments methods do you accept?

Do you offer automatic payments?
- Yes! Using our payment system you can choose to pay manually or automatically each month. Gone are the days of remembering to pay, and subscriptions may be cancelled whenever you’d like.
How long does provisioning take?
- Most accounts are created and servers are activated in 5 minutes or less.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Our services are offered with no contracts or obligations. You are free to cancel at any time.
Do you offer any guarantee or trial period?
- We offer a 5 day money back guarantee to new customers on their first order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a cancellation and a full refund of your service by opening a support ticket within 5 days of the initial activation date.
What happens if I do not pay my invoice on time?
- Services are automatically suspended the day following your due date. When your account is 7 days past due it will be terminated and all files will automatically be deleted. Services will automatically renew if your balance is paid during the suspension period. Once services are terminated files are completely deleted forever.
Can I upgrade or downgrade after ordering?
- Our system allows you to upgrade or downgrade your server at any time. It’s a completely automated self-serve system that you can access from the client area. When upgrading, you will only need to pay the prorated amount (the difference between your current and chosen plan) and when downgrading, our system will automatically issue a prorated refund.
Do you offer MYSQL Databases?
- Yes, we offer MySQL databases free of charge with every game server. Databases can be managed through your control panel at any time.
Are sub user accounts available?
- Yes, we do offer sub user accounts to help with your server management. Sub users can be managed through your control panel.
Do you provide DDoS Protection?
- DDoS protection is included with every order.
Can I use a modpack or server version that you don’t offer?
- Of course! You may upload and install it manually or contact a member of our support team to help you
Do you allow the use of any mods or server jar files that we want?
- Absolutely! You may use any .jar file you wish. You have full FTP file access to your server from our control panel or an FTP client.
Can I manage my plugins or add new ones myself?
- Yes! We give you full access to all the files on your server. This allows you to easily upload and manage your files for your server right from your control panel or any third-party FTP client.
Can I use my own map or upload a map to the server?
- You can create a new world or upload an existing at anytime through your control panel or any third party FTP program.
Do you offer hosting for more than just Minecraft?
- Yes, we can host several popular games including Ark: Survival Evolved, Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Garry’s Mod, Insurgency, Team Fortress 2, and Other Source Engine games. Contact us today for more information.
Do you have the ability to host websites?
- We do not currently offer web site hosting but may add this feature in future.
